Registration
Registration for the 68th ASH Annual Meeting & Exposition (December 12-15, 2026, in New Orleans, LA, and virtually) features a tiered fee structure based on membership status and virtual access tier.
Advance registration and housing open for ASH Members on July 22, 2026, and for Non-Members, Groups, and Exhibitors on August 12, 2026.
Registration Deadlines
- July 22, 2026 (11:00 a.m. ET): Member Registration & Housing Portal opens.
- August 12, 2026 (11:00 a.m. ET): Non-Member, Group, Exhibitor, and Media registration opens.
- October 21, 2026 (11:59 p.m. PT): Advance Registration Period ends. This is the final day to secure the lowest pricing tier before late/on-site rates apply.
- November 4, 2026 (11:59 p.m. PT): Final deadline to cancel your registration for a refund (subject to a $75 processing fee).
- December 1, 2026: Strict document verification cutoff for Non-Members in Training.
How to Register
You can process your passes directly through the ASH Registration Portal (https://www.hematology.org/meetings/annual-meeting/registration-information). You will need your official ASH username and password to log in.
- Group Bookings: For managing blocks of 10 or more attendees, companies and institutions starting August 12.
- Badges: Physical badges will be mailed in mid-November to North American attendees who register during the advance window. International attendees can print their badges at on-site kiosks in New Orleans.
