Exhibitors
The 68th American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting and Exposition will host more than 275 exhibitors. The hybrid event takes place from December 12-15, 2026, in-person at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana (Halls G-J), and virtually via the official ASH Annual Meeting & Exposition (https://www.hematology.org/meetings/annual-meeting) platform.
Types of Exhibitors:
The exhibition features key players showcasing cutting-edge advancements in malignant and classical hematology:
- Pharmaceutical Companies: Launching innovative therapies and drug treatments.
- Clinical Diagnostic & Research Firms: Showcasing next-generation testing and laboratory technologies.
- Medical Suppliers: Presenting medical device innovations and equipment.
- Nonprofit Organizations & Publishers: Sharing research literature, patient advocacy resources, and global health data.
- The ASH Booth (#1429): Providing tools, society initiatives, and career resources.
Exhibition Schedule & Hours:
The physical exhibit hall will be open during the following windows:
- Saturday, December 12: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Sunday, December 13: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Monday, December 14: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Note: A Virtual "Preview Day" opens on Wednesday, December 9, 2026, allowing early digital access to browse virtual booths.
Registration Timeline for Exhibitors:
Exhibitors can formalize logistics using the following key dates:
- Abstract Submissions: Open until August 4, 2026.
- Poster Walk Applications: Open until August 6, 2026.
- Exhibitor Registration: General booth personnel and non-member registration opens August 12, 2026. (ASH Member registration opens early on July 22, 2026).
