- Registration and housing blocks open for ASH Members on July 22, 2026, and for Non-Members, Groups, and Exhibitors on August 12, 2026.
- The Advance Registration Period ends on October 21, 2026 (11:59 p.m. PT). After this date, higher late/on-site rates apply.
- Hotels rooms offered through discounted event rates are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. While conducting your search, the online system reflects up-to-the-minute availability and booking options.
- The submission portal closes strictly on August 4, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT. No extensions or modifications are allowed after this deadline.
- You can generate an official visa invitation letter directly through the ASH Annual Meeting Portal once your registration is complete and paid for. Due to severe global visa backlogs, ASH strongly recommends applying for your visa immediately after registration opens in August.
- ASH Society will not refund any registration fees in case of cancellation of the registration or change of registration category by the participant.
